Check the volume pot to make sure that it is hooked up and working properly. ![]() If the voltage is correct, it could be a problem with the volume pot as well. Keep in mind that some boards require a -5 VDC line in order for the sound to work properly. With that said, it’s a good idea at this point to make sure that the voltage going to your Street Fighter 3: Third Strike board is correct.
